Installing and removing system components

Removing IM

Prerequisites

1

Ensure that you read the Safety instructions.

2

Remove the rack manager module from the power bay, see "Removing DSS 9000 rack manager module" on 

page 71.

Steps

1

Remove the screws securing the IM to the bracket.

2

Hold the IM by the sides and lift it out to separate from the bracket.
