The commissioning report is a record of the actions taken to commission the equipment. It should be based on the detailed
commissioning plan. Complete this report, and file it in a safe place.
5.1.4 Commissioning checklist

Commissioning personnel are qualified and experienced.
The tools for commissioning are available and ready.
System design is complete.
The settings (including the controller input/output connections and functions, parameters,
and CustomLogic) are saved to the controllers.
The switchboard is built. The controller(s) and display unit(s) are installed.
The switchboard and controller(s) have passed the factory acceptance test (FAT).
The breaker is disabled.
The controller power supply is connected, and the controller LEDs are checked.
The Ethernet communication is checked.
The display unit is checked.
The software is updated.
The protection parameters are checked.
The system and alarms are checked.
The phase sequence is checked.
The breaker open and close is checked.
Controller functions are checked.
• Sync. check OK relay
• Breaker trip
• Synchronise and close function
• Lockout relay (ANSI 86)
• Blackout close
Customised functions and sequences (CustomLogic) are checked.
The controller settings are backed up.
The operator's manual is updated.
The commissioning report is finalised.
The commissioning checklist is completed.
