Returns the pulse width of the bias current pulse, in nanoseconds. 
Example: 

TRIG:INT:BIAS:PULSEWIDTH? 

12000 nsec

 

 

TRIG:INT:BIAS:PULSEWIDTH n

 

Sets  the  pulse  width  of  the  main  current  pulse.  The  value  of  n  must  be  in 
nanoseconds from 0 to 25000000. Example: 

TRIG:INT:BIAS:PULSEWIDTH 12000 

TRIG:INT:BIAS:PULSEWIDTH 1
