7.9.4. ERROR CODES
Code Symptom Possible causes
F02
Contact service centre 5-second audible signal from the receiver
Flame does not respond to remote control, no
ignition.
No contact of microswitch with a cam on drive knob.
Incorrect connections of drive cables.
Reversed polarity or fault of the microswitch.
Bent knob of the motor.
F03
Contact service centre 5-second audible signal from the receiver
Firing up interrupted.
Flame does not respond to remote control, no
ignition.
Incorrect connections of thermocouple cables.
The thermocouple is not connected to the controller.
ON/OFF switch in ”O” (OFF) position.
F04
Disturbed firing up sequence. Wait a
minute and retry. No ignition flame for 30 seconds. No supply gas.
Air in the supply pipe of the ignition burner.
No spark.
Reversed polarity in thermocouple cables.
Check if the opening of ignition burner corresponds to
the type of supply gas.

Contact service centre Failed ignition of ignition burner or its shutdown.
Drive (knobs of primary valve) remains in operating
position of the ignition burner
Too low voltage from thermocouple
Presence of air in the supply pipe of the ignition burner.
Too low pressure on inlet.
