14. EVENT LOGGING
The DKG-705 keeps records of the last 32 events in order to supply information for the service
personal.
The events are recorded with a time stamp. The date and time information comes from the internal
real time clock of the unit.
The events are stored in a circular memory. This means that a new coming event will erase the
oldest recorded event. The events are always displayed starting from the most recent one.
The
Event Logging screens
are included in
menu group 3
. Switching from one menu group to
another is made by holding the
MENU
button pressed for 1 second. When the
Event Logging screen
is
displayed, each depression on the
MENU
button makes the screen switch to the next event record. Please
see
chapter 3.2
for more detailed information on navigation between different screens.
The event sources are:
-Genset on load,
-Genset off load,
-Shutdown alarms,
-Load dump alarms,
-Warnings.
