The recommended procedure when performing a preventive maintenance:

1 Make sure that the power to the unit is safely switched off
2 Clean the unit carefully:

3 Switch on the power again.

Tasks The following must be checked carefully when performing the preventive maintenance
visit:

Are all the fans clean and free of corrosion?

Are all the fans securely mounted and free of excessive vibrations?
 
Are all fan blades free of obstructions, cracks, missing blades and are
they in balance?
 
Do the fans rotate freely and are they free from excessive vibrations and
noise?
 
Are all wirings and insulation free of damage?
 
Condition for war-
ranty
The factory warranty is only valid if documented preventive maintenance has been car-
ried out. Preventive maintenance must be carried out with an interval of minimum 6
months. The documentation could be in form of a sritten log.
