Remove parts of the heat pump as follows:
Detach and lift off the front panel� 1�
Tap out the knock out in the top panel� 2�
Slacken off the screws holding the top panel� Lift the panel off 3�
carefully�
If the heat pump is already installed, raise the top panel as far as
possible and secure it in the raised position�
Remove the right-hand side plate�
4�
Detach the water pipe at the T-connector� 5�
Remove about 200 mm of the insulation on the water pipe� 6�
Cut the pipe 170 mm from the end� 7�
Remove the existing T-connector with its pipe piece� 8�

Install replacement pipes as follows:
Install a straight clamp ring connector (086U2371) on the end of 1�
the water pipe�
Install the replacement pipe (086U6886) on the straight clamp ring

connector�
Install new insulation on the replacement pipe�
3�
Install a straight clamp ring connector (086U2371) with a copper 4�
pipe (086U3600) on the connection for MBH/DWH�
