5. Place an oil sump (3) beneath the machine.
6. Loosen the screws on the filter (2) and remove it.
7. Remove the filter housing (1).
8. Replace the filter element.
9. Reassemble everything in the reverse order.
10. Check oil level, refill hydraulic oil, if required.
11. Operate the machine in the idle mode for two minutes.
Dispose of the oil and filter in compliance with the applicable local
environmental protection regulations.
6.4 Checking and replacing slide bearing plates
Checking slide bearing plates
Check slide bearing plates for wear, replace defective parts. The slide
bearing plate (1) is new, the slide bearing plate (2) is worn.
