6.4 Checking and replacing slide bearing plates
Checking slide bearing plates
Check slide bearing plates for wear, replace defective parts. The slide
bearing plate (1) is new, the slide bearing plate (2) is worn.
ATTENTION!
Risk of damage to machinery!
Worn slide bearing plates may cause damage to the machine
and lead to inaccuracies of the forming dimension.
• Replace worn slide bearing plates in good time.
Replacing slide bearing plates
The following spare parts sets are required for replacing the slide
bearing plates:

•
Spare parts set 255.1 (HM 225.3)
•
Spare parts set778.1 (shims)
