8.3 Dump for support

Utilize this feature if help for troubleshooting is needed from Danelec Marine.
“Dump for support” can be started from a number of places:

8.3.1 From within the ECDIS software

1.

Insert a USB stick in the USB port adjacent to the DVD drive

2.

Open

Main Menu



Settings



System



Dump for support.

Select the USB stick to save the “dump for support” to.

4.

Click

[OK]

.

8.3.2 From the Service Menu

1.

Insert a USB stick in the USB port adjacent to the DVD drive

2.

Open the “Service menu”

3.

Select “Dump for support”

4.

Selected the destination folder and click

[Start dump]
