Rad-icon 2329 GigE Detector

Teledyne DALSA

Shuttering

The detector does not have a shuttering mechanism built into the detector. The
detector can be operated with a continuous beam X-ray source, however there can be
motion blur associated with continuous beam imaging. If pulsed X-ray operation is
required, the X-ray source should not be active during read out. This might cause
unwanted imaging artifacts.

Dark Current after Standby

A first image acquired after long time in standby mode might contain unwanted
signal. It is recommended to read and discard at least 2 images captured after
standby.
