11 Import function

Picture sequences that you have written to a CD-ROM using the export
function can be viewed again on the DIS with the help of the import function.

The Import function does not write exported picture sequences to
the hard disk of your DIS. It only plays back from an external drive.

Connect the external CD-ROM drive to your DIS via the USB interface and
insert a CD-ROM with archived picture sequences (see chapt. 10, Export
function). The CD-ROM drive is automatically detected by the DIS.

Click on Import.

Your CD-ROM drive is displayed in the Source
field of the Import dialog window.

If more than one device is connected, select
your CD-ROM drive from the Source box.

The files saved on the CD are automatically listed
(Diagram. 11-2).

Mark the file you wish to view.

Click on Open.
