Appendix 3: Warranty

(I) Warranty

Dakewe guarantees that a comprehensive quality control procedure based on Dakewe internal test standard

is used for the contract products delivered, and that the product is intact and meets the requirements of all

technical specifications.

The warranty coverage is subject to the agreed terms. For special warranty service, please contact your

local sales representative or the dealer of the instrument.

(II) Technical Service Information

For technical service or component replacement, please contact your local sales representative or the dealer

of the instrument. At the same time, please provide the followings:

Model and serial number of the instrument.

Instrument location and contact name.

The reason for the service request.

Delivery date.

(III) Scrap and Disposal
