VI. Cleaning and Maintenance

(1) Routine Cleaning of the Whole Instrument

The cleaning covers the instrument housing, touch screen, input/output hopper, hopper base, print

platform, holder and on-demand output. Wipe with a lint-free cloth soaked with cleaning agent. During

wiping, avoid scratching and damaging the surface of the instrument housing, touch screen, input/output

hopper, hopper base and on-demand output.

Do not wipe the paint surfaces, warning labels, and touch screens with organic

solvents.

Do not use any metal tools for cleaning to avoid scratching the surface of the

instrument.

(2) Remove glass debris

1.Preparation

Unlock the input/output hoppers;

Make sure the Slide Printer is shut down;

Handheld Vacuum Cleaner

Prepare tweezers, brushes and other tools.

2.Areas to be Cleaned

The areas to be cleaned include the print platform, input/output hoppers, input/output hopper holders,

input/output hopper base, input/output hopper slide and base plate, and on-demand output. Clean glass

shards and debris in these areas as well as the surrounding areas.
