(4) Detailed Handling of Common Abnormalities

1. The slide occasionally fails to slide down smoothly

Abnormality Description

In the on-demand print mode, the slide fails to slide to the bottom of the on-demand output smoothly

after printing, and is stuck in the output.

Cause analysis

The slides are sticky.

Resolution

：

Scenario 1: When the slide does not slide down smoothly, a prompt box will pop up. Click the print

button in the pop-up box (Figure 7-1), and the holder will shake up and down to help the slide to slide

down.

Scenario 2: Open the packaging box of the slide and place in a dry area for a period of time, or dry the

slide using tools.

2. No prompt displays when the slide does not slide down smoothly

Abnormality Description

When the slide does not slide down smoothly in the on-demand mode, no prompt box pops up, thus

the print button in the pop-up box cannot be clicked to shake the slide.

Cause analysis

The detection function of the on-demand output is not turned on;

The no-slide parameter threshold of the on-demand output is not set or unreasonably set.
