OUTDOOR U N IT QUIET operation lo w ers the so u nd le v els of the
o u tdoor u nit b y changing the fre qu ency and fan speed on the
o u tdoor u nit. This f u nction is con v enient d u ring night.
To start OUTDOOR UNIT QUIET
operation
1. Press “QUIET button”.
• “ ” is displayed on the LCD.
To cancel OUTDOOR UNIT QUIET
operation
2. Press “QUIET button” a g ain.
• “ ” disappears from the LCD.
NOTE
No te on OUTDOOR UNIT QUIET operation
• This f u nction is a v aila b le in COOL, HEAT, and AUTO modes.
(This is not a v aila b le in FA N and DRY modes.)
• PO W ERFUL operation and OUTDOOR U N IT QUIET operation cannot b e u sed at the same time.
Priority is gi v en to the f u nction of w hiche v er bu tton is pressed last.
• If operation is stopped u sing the remote controller or the main u nit O N /OFF s w itch w hen
u sing OUTDOOR U N IT QUIET operation, “ ” w ill remain on the remote controller display.
