If the problem has not been solved through all the inspection mentioned
above, maybe the PCB has a malfunction. So, replace PCB and test again.
Eliminate the influence of Anti-dry-heating Pressure Switch, as above picture,
and run the Test Program to test. If E3 come again, Pressure Switch is normal.
