D-Link DVX-000MS User Manual

Section - Installation

You can specify that names and extension numbers are available to people who call your office. You do this when setting
up a new user or editing a user’s settings.

To publish names and extension numbers in the directory:

1. Click the

Phone System

button.

2. In the

Tasks

panel, under

Users

, click

Add User

or

Edit User

, as appropriate.

3. Click the

Identification

tab.

4. Select the

List this user and extension number in the directory accessible to external callers

check box.

5. Click

OK

in the

User Settings

dialog box.

Note:

You can enable or disable the entire directory from the

Call Routing

page in the

Automated Receptionist

Properties

dialog box.
