D-Link DVX-000MS User Manual

Section - Installation

You remove users from the phone system, after removing them from phones to which they are assigned as primary
users. For example, if an employee leaves your organization, you will want to remove them from Response Point.

Note:

You cannot remove users if they are assigned to a phone. You must first edit the phone to remove the user from

it, and then follow the instructions that follow.

To remove Response Point user:

1. Click the

Phone System

button.

2. In the

Tasks

panel, under

Users

, click

Remove User

3. Click the user that you want to remove, and then click

4. Confirm that you want to remove the user by clicking

Yes

in the message box.
