If your ISP provided a static IP address, select
Static IP

leave this setting at the default,

.
Enter the IP address provided by your ISP (Static IP only).
Enter the subnet mask provided by your ISP (Static IP only).
Enter the gateway address provided by your ISP (Static IP only).
Enter the server IP address provided by your ISP (Static IP only).
Enter the L2TP username provided by your ISP.
Enter the L2TP password provided by your ISP.
Re-enter the L2TP password for verification.
Select
Always on
if you would like the router to never disconnect,
or
Connect-on-demand
to allow the router to establish a
connection to the Internet only when a device on your network
tries to access a resource on the Internet.
Enter a maximum idle time during which the Internet connection
is maintained during inactivity (if you selected
Always on
above,
this setting will have no effect).
Click the checkbox to disable Network Address Translation(NAT).
