D-Link DVX-000MS User Manual

Section - Installation

You can determine how callers who reach a specified user will be greeted. Later, the employee can change the voicemail
greeting using Assistant.

To change voicemail settings:

1. Click the

Phone System

button.

2. In the

Tasks

panel, under

Users

, click

Add User

Edit User

, as appropriate.

3. Click the

Voicemail

tab.

4. Under

Voicemail greeting callers will hear for this user

Specify Voicemail Greeting

5. Select the default greeting, record a custom greeting, or upload a sound file to use for the greeting.
