Section - Installation

You can determine if the directory is available, or not, to external callers.

Note:

When you add or edit a Response Point user, you can also specify that the user’s name and extension number

are available, or not, in the directory.

To disable the directory:

1. Click the

Call Routing

button.

2. In the

Tasks

panel, click

Configure Automated Receptionist Properties

3. In the

Automated Receptionist Properties

dialog box, clear the

Callers can ask for a directory of users and

their extension numbers

check box.
