Alternate I/O Assignment Setting
:
The alternate I/O setting also re-assigns the function of the Relay on t he Central unit.
In applications where a dry relay contact is required to be sent from the Remote to the Central, the
alternate I/O setting can be used.
This setting will exchange the functions of the Relay and Digital output #1 on the Central unit. The
Alarm signal will be output on Digital Output #1 and the Digital Output #1 signal will be output using
the Relay on the Central unit.
Note: Loss of communication also triggers alarm output on Central
Remote Unit
