2. Open PSoC Programmer.
3. Connect one end of the USB Mini-B cable to the Mini-USB connector J11 on the CCG1 Host Demo board and
connect the other end to the PC.
Note:
If a warning message window pops up asking to upgrade the firmware, Click
OK
to close the window. Upon
closing the window, Click the
Utilities
tab and then click the Upgrade Firmware button. On successful upgrade,
the Action and Results window displays the firmware update message with the KitProg version.
4. Select the KitProg device from the
Port Selection
5. The status message in the right bottom of the PSoC Programmer will indicate that the board is powered.
6. Click the File Load button and point to the
dfp_fw_ver2.hex
file to load it. Contact
dfp_fw_ver2.hex
.
7. Use the
Program
button to program the hex file onto the chip.
8. When the file is successfully pr
ogrammed, “Programming Succeeded” appears in the
Actions
window.
