4.2.2 Loading crate
The load box of the trailer (fig. 6) is formed by the upper
frame (1) with a welded steel floor, walls A, B, C and wall
extensions D, E, F (wall extensions are not part of standard trailer
equipment).
The upper frame is mounted on the pins of the lower frame
(item 11, fig. 5) in swiveling sockets secured with bolts, which are
rotation points when tipping the load box.
The locks of the walls and extensions, as well as the bolt of
the dump window are protected against spontaneous,
undesirable opening.
The left and right wall and left and right side extension are
connected together by means of fastening cords (2). In the central
part of the walls and extensions, there are levers (11) used to
unfasten the fastening cords (2).
Entrance ladders are fixed to the walls and the front
extension (8). From the inside of the front extension, attached is
an extra step facilitating entry into the loading crate.
In addition, the trailer T-169 can be fitted with tarpaulin with
the frame.
In order to allow a more precise unloading of materials in
powder form, a dump window is provided in the rear wall (Fig.7).
