11. Reattach covers to console.
A. Using a Phillips screwdriver, reattach the four
screws securing the rear console cover to the
front console cover. Reattach the one screw
securing the console battery door cover.
See Figure 9.
12. Attach display console to new console mount.
A. Insert the display console cable down through
the console mount and exit the bottom.

10. Attach the RJ-45 and audio cables.
A. Attach the RJ-45 (C) and audio cables (B) to
the main display pc board. See Figure 14.
B. Insert the RJ-45 cable up through the monitor
mount and exit the top. See Figure 17.
C. Using a 5/32” Allen wrench, reattach the four
BHSCS and four lock washers securing the
console to the new console mount. See
Figure 6.
13. Installing coax and power cables in console
mount.
A. Lay the console mount on the Arc Trainer
as shown in Figure 16. NOTE: This will allow
easier access to route the cable assembly.

B. Locate the coax and power cables exiting
the top of the Arc frame.
C. Insert the coax and power cables into the
bottom of the console mount until 8” (20 cm)
of cable exits the top. See Figure 17.
