Cybex Arc Trainer 625A/625AT Owner’s Manual

Plug the USB stick into the USB port of the MCC board.

Console

USB Port

MCC Board

Press and hold

Scan/Hold

and

for 3 seconds.

Press

Down

to navigate to “Cloning”. The console will display “LOAD [FILE] [ oFF ]

[USB]”. If “LOAD” is not displayed, press

Down

to toggle setting from “SAVE”

to “LOAD”

Press

Enter

to save settings to USB stick. Console will beep four times when complete.

Press

Pause

and remove USB stick.

Install the back cover with four screws using a Phillips screwdriver.
