Can I send NetGenie logs to third party server?
Yes, you can configure your NetGenie appliance to send logs to an external syslog server.
1. Log in to NetGenie with administrator credentials.
2. Go to
Logs and Reports
Configuration
.
3. Check Enable All Logs & Enable Remote Logging checkboxes.
4. Select Syslog and specify name or IP Address of the external syslog server.
5. Specify port number in the range of 1 to 65535. Default port number is 514.

to save the changes.
Is there any way to turn off NetGenie’s logging feature?
Yes, you can disable NetGenie’s logging feature (not recommended) by the following steps:
1. Log in to NetGenie with administrator credentials.
2. Go to
Logs and Reports
Configuration
.
3. Deselect the
checkbox ‘Enable all logs’ to stop NetGenie’s logging and reporting engine.
