2.1.7 Announcing the IP Address
To announce a device’s current IP address, first determine if you have an Intercom with an RTFM
button (see
SW1
in
Figure 2-10
), and then do one of the following:

If you have an Intercom that has an RTFM button, then see
Section 2.1.7.1, "Intercom with an
RTFM Button"

If you have an Intercom that has a jumper and does not have an RTFM button, then see
Section
2.1.7.2, "Intercom with a Jumper and No RTFM Button"

2.1.7.1 Intercom with an RTFM Button
1. If you have an Intercom with an RTFM button, then press and hold the RTFM button (see
SW1
in
Figure 2-10
) until the IP address is announced.
2. Release the Call Button after the IP address is announced.
