With the tools in the “Printer Support” section, it is possible to download drivers, print a test page and execute the device

irmware upgrade.

The following igure shows the page for the “Printer Support” tool. It is divided into 3 areas:

1. SECTIONS

Are the same as described on the main page.

REAL TIME STATUS

Reports a list of operating parameters controlled and monitored in real time.

The irst link is for entering the download section of the Custom web site (www.custom.
