A classification model built using usage data saved to SAP HANA that can be deployed on
current customer data. After reviewing the model results, the next step is using social network analysis
to improve the model’s predictive power.

The following section describes how the Social Network Analysis capabilities of SAP Predictive Analytics are
used with Telco score data info to Identify multi-SIM pairs of customers.

A social network analysis Neighbors provide list of initial Multi-SIM candidate and their
