ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 21 – Side & Back Wall Slats:
Evenly space six Wall Slats (N) between the swing side
Post Assemblies.
Hold the Wall Slats 1/2" above the Deck
Boards.
Fasten each Wall Slat to the back tent support and
the platform support using four #8 x 1-5/8" Screws. The gap
will be approximately 2-3/8" between slats.
STEP 22 – Climber Slats and Slide Slats:
Fasten two Wall Slats (N) to the climber side tent support
and platform support using four #8 x 1-5/8" Screws each as
shown. Leave a maximum of 3-1/4" between each Wall Slat
and the adjacent post.
Hold the Slat 1/2" above the Deck
Boards.
Place two Entrance Slats (O) just less that 3-1/2"
from the Post Assemblies on either side of the
access ladder.
Hold the Wall Slats 1/2" above
the Deck Boards.
Fasten each Slat to the platform
support and the wall support using four #8 x 1-5/8"
Screws. The gap will be approximately 24-1/2"
between slats.

Fasten two Wall Slats (N) to the slide side tent
support and platform support using four #8 x
1-5/8" Screws each as shown. Leave a maxi-
mum of 2-1/2" between each Wall Slat and the
adjacent post.

STEP 20 – Swing Mount and Safety Rail:
Secure the Swing Mount (AG) to the Tent and Platform
Supports on the swing side of the gym using two 5/16 x
4-1/2" Hex Bolt Assemblies.
Mark the swing side Posts 25" above the ground. Align the
top edge of the Safety Rail (D) with the marks. Drill 1/4"
diameter pilot holes into the posts and secure the Safety
Rail using two 5/16 x 3-1/2" Lag Screws and Flat Washers.
