LED light kit
10. LED Light Kit Assembly Option.
Remove 3 screws from switch housing cap
(
at top of LED light kit
).
Locate
BLUE
(or
BLACK
) and
WHITE
wires in
switch housing labeled FOR LIGHT KIT
CONNECTION. Remove and discard plastic
that holds these 2 wires together.
Next, locate
WHITE
and
BLACK
wires in LED
light kit labeled FOR LIGHT.
Connect
WHITE
wire from switch housing to
WHITE
wire from LED light kit. Connect
BLUE
(or
BLACK
) wire from switch housing
to
BLACK
wire from LED light kit. Be sure
molex connections snap together
completely.
Align holes in switch housing cap with holes
in switch housing. [
NOTE
: The gap on the
top edge of the switch housing cap must
align with reverse switch on the switch
housing for the proper fit.] Attach LED light
kit with 3 screws that were previously
removed. Secure all 3 screws with a Phillips
screwdriver.
Thread fan pull chain through
corresponding hole on LED light kit.
Locate slots on shade and align with nodules
on underside of LED light kit.
Gently push up
on shade and turn
to the RIGHT (clockwise)
until it slides completely into place.
Pull down VERY GENTLY on shade to make sure
that shade is secure.
Please proceed to Section 12 on page 12
to complete installation.
