Caution- avoid breathing refrigerant vapors and/or lubricant mist. Exposure may irritate eyes, nose, throat, and skin.

lubricants.
Danger: Always assume that high-pressure refrigerant exists. Failure to do so may result in bodily injury.
a. Remove four Phillips screws in each of the corners of the identifier.
b. Remove identifier from side panel wiggling from side to side.
c. Disconnect clear PVC and power connector from back of identifier to replace unit.
e. To replace brass orifice pull clear PVC out of the cabinet until brass orifice is present. Using wrenches undo each
end and replace brass body only.
f. To replace oxygen sensor. Remove plastic plug on back of identifier. Then pull out the wire harness and unplug
connector and unscrew sensor with screw driver.
g. Replace filter on identifier. Remove both end from old filter and replace with new filter with flow direction in mind.
Remove All 4
Screws
Disconnect both
connections to replace
unit
Disconnect both ends
of brass body using
wrenches
Remove plastic plug. Then unplug
connector and remove sensor with
screw driver as shown.
