6 CHAPITRE 6 - SECURITE

Lire entièrement et attentivement ce chapitre car il contient des informations importantes concernant

les risques encourus par l'opérateur et le responsable de la maintenance, au cas où le pont élévateur ne

serait pas correctement utilisé.

L'élévateur a été conçu et construit pour le levage et le stationnement en cote des
véhicules, en milieu fermé. Toute autre utilisation est interdite, notamment pour les
opérations de :

lavage et peinture

échafaudage et soulèvement des personnes

presse

monte-charge

Le fabricant ne sera en aucun cas responsable des dommages causés aux personnes,
aux véhicules ou aux objets, provoqués par une utilisation inappropriée ou non
autorisée des ponts élévateurs.

Par mesure de sécurité pour l'opérateur et les personnes, il faut que la zone indiquée sur la Figure soit

dégagée durant les phases de montée ou de descente. L’opérateur doit uniquement agir depuis la

position de commande indiquée.

La présence de l'opérateur sous le véhicule est uniquement admise durant la phase de travail, avec le

véhicule déjà soulevé et les chemins de roulement immobilisés.

Ne pas utiliser l'élévateur avec les cliquets de sûreté hors-service. Ne pas respecter
ces normes peut faire encourir de graves risques aux personnes, à l'élévateur et aux
véhicules soulevés, avec de lourdes conséquences.
