Operator’s manual
1 - Carefully lubricate the sidewalls of the tyre along the
entire circumference of the bottom and top bead
(Fig.38).
2 - Operate the control to remove the disc from
the work area.
3 - The tool is already positioned at the correct height for
assembling the first bead (Fig. 38B). Manually adjust the
tyre so that the upper shoulder of the rim passes the
lower bead and goes into the channel (Fig. 38a - 38b).
4 - Keep pressed down slightly the section of the tyre with
the lower bead not yet inserted in the rim and turn the
turntable .
5 - Operate the lever to move the tool head to
the upper work area to mount the upper bead.
6 - During movement, press the button
to configure the fixed tool or
the mounting phase of the upper bead
(Fig. 38c).
7 -
Operate the handle P (Fig. 38d) to
manually lower the upper bead breaking
disc.
