Notes:
• When steaming eggs, place the eggs in the indentions in
the steaming bowl as shown (fig. 4) and then fit the cover.
•
When cooking rice, place rice and water in rice bowl as
shown (fig.5) and then fit the cover. (refer to steaming
chart for measurements)
•
The steamer bowl number is found on the handles of the
bowls (fig. 6).
