Setting Delta-T cooking
Objective
You wish to roast a large joint particularly carefully to preserve its quality.
Requirements
To do this, the following requirements must be satisfied:
ƒ You have a core temperature sensor.
ƒ You have selected one of the "steam" or "convection" programs.
ƒ You are in the Functions menu.
