Generally this option should be left as Powers on/off with pre-amplifier.
Maximum cache file age
Sets the maximum size of the record cache in days. The record cache is used to store raw
recorded data on the internal disk drive. Track start and end points can only be edited if the
raw data exists in the record cache, so once recorded data has aged out of the record cache
it will no longer be possible to edit track start and end points.
Generally this should be left at the default setting.
Maximum cache size
Sets the maximum record cache size in GB, as opposed to days suggested above. This setting
is applied along with the age setting above to determine cache entries.
Output sampling rate
Provides a means of limiting the digital output rates of optical digital outputs.
Save bookmarks for audio files
Enables bookmark save for audio files. By default bookmarks are only stored for video files.
Remote deletion
Allows deletion of media data from a remote mobile device. If this option is disabled it is only
possible to delete media data from Plato’s touch screen.
Security PIN
If set the security PIN will be required to perform delete operations on this server.
Show hidden files in file manager
Enable this option to show hidden Android files in the file manager view.

Debug
Use the debug option under the instruction of Convert Technologies support staff to collect
debug information. This can be very useful after a specific problem or system bug.
The log process is fully automated and involves collecting internal configuration and logging
information, which is then emailed to Convert Technologies. Note that no personal
information, or user data is collected during this process.
When a log is requested a popup prompts for user name, and a short description of the
reason for the log collection. Note that adding this information is not required but can be
very helpful in helping us deal with support cases more quickly and effectively.
