Hip Guides
Width Adjustment:
1. Remove Seat Cushion.

2. Loosen the two adjustment knobs.

Depth Adjustment:
1. Remove Seat Cushion.

2. Use 7/16 nut driver to loosen hardware.

3. Using the provided slot, adjust to the desired depth and retighten.

To Remove:
1. Remove Seat Cushion.
2. Remove the two adjustment knobs on the underside of the seat pan by
twisting loose.
3. Remove bolt and re-install bolt into designated holes on seat pan.
4. Replace the two adjustment knobs and tighten. Repeat on opposite side.
Height Adjustment:
1. Remove Seat Cushion.
2. Using 7/16 nut driver remove the bolt and nut.

Oxygen Tank Holder
How to Hang Oxygen Tank Holder:
1. Align top and bottom slots of oxygen tank holder with
top and bottom bushings on left hand side of chair.

2. Slide the tank holder down on bushings to lock oxygen tank
holder into place.

How to Secure Oxygen Tank:
1. Place tank onto the bottom lip of the
oxygen tank holder.

2. Secure with the upper strap by buckling
tight.(repeat bottom buckle)

3. Confirm the strap is secure.
To Install:
1. Remove Seat Cushion.

2. Remove the two adjustment knobs on the underside of the seat pan by
twisting loose.
3 Remove bolt, add the Hip the Hip guide and re-install bolt into designated
holes on seat pan.
4. Replace the two adjustment knobs and tighten.

5. Place Cordura Upholstery over the hip guide.
6. Repeat on opposite side.
