Setup and Status Display
This chapter describes how to setup the AP using a web browser, explains each setting item and status
display and IEEE802.1X supplicant setting. Always read Chapter 2 “Setup” and Chapter 3 “Connection
to Devices and Setup Methods” for preparation before performing setup or viewing the status.
This section describes how to perform setup using a web browser.
Basic settings
System
DHCP Client
To set the IP address of the device using the DHCP client function, set to "Enable". To specify the IP
address of the device, set to "Disable".
When set to "Disable", the address configured by "IP Address" is the IP address for the device.
Default setting : Disable
IP Address
Set the IP address for the device. This setting is valid when "DHCP Client" is set to "Disable".
Default setting : 192.168.0.1
Subnet Mask
Set the subnet mask for the device. This setting is valid when "DHCP Client" is set to "Disable".
Default setting : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway
Set the IP address of the default gateway for the device. This setting is valid when "DHCP Client" is set
to "Disable". To disable this setting, enter "0.0.0.0".
Default setting : 0.0.0.0
