*1 Set the sampling period.
All external input signals (except general-purpose input signals) are taken into the internal counter through
the digital filter, so they are taken with a 4-clock delay of the set sampling period. Therefore, the external
input signals are taken with a delay of 0.4
μ sec in the initial state (0.1 μ sec setting).
The accuracy is approximately ± 1/10000 relative to the set cycle.
