Status Operation Flow

The flow below illustrates the procedure of detecting count match or carry.
The status register and reset register in the flow correspond to each register of count match and
carry.
Changing the bit corresponding to the channel from 0 to 1 resets the detection state.
This bit is checked per cycle, Therefore, the values need to be held at least for the period of one cycle.
