The effects referred to are achieved using the smallest of phosphate quantities so that, in spite of the dos-
ing of minerals, the stringent limits for phosphates in drinking water, specified in the drinking water ordi-
nance, are adhered to.
6.6
MINERAL SOLUTION SELECTION CRITERIA
The hardness range of the water is definitive for selection of the JUL mineral solution.
Only those types of JUL mineral solution must be used that are designated for the hardness range.
Only JUL mineral solutions supplied by JUDO may be used.
If this requirement is ignored, the dosing pump will not work.
To better protect the environment certain mineral solutions (and sizes) are also available in tablet form.
By making your own JUL mineral solution using tablets, you are helping to protect the environment be-
cause then we do not need to use transport packaging. The new packaging is primarily made up of environ-
mentally friendly cardboard which is easily disposed of. It has been possible to reduce the plastic fraction
by around 96 %.
The JUL tablets for production of JUL-W-T mineral solution or JUL-H-T mineral solution can be dissolved
in the supplied dosing container.
Dissolving is performed using the tablet dissolving device. After dissolving of the tablets, the correspond-
ing dosing container mineral solution type label must be stuck on. The type label is supplied separately with
the dosing pump.
A complete container must always be used for dissolving of the tablets. Removal of individual tablets for
production of partial quantities is not permitted for hygiene reasons and also because it is not effective.
The chapter 4.1 “INTENDED USE” must be observed without fail!
