Download and installation of the app, instructions for pairing the device
1. First, download the Concept Robot app in Google Play store or Apple App Store. After downloading the app, create
a user account. Enter your email address and choose a password. Press the “Security Code” button to have a security
code sent to your email. Enter the code, tick the consent to privacy policy and press the “Register” button (Fig. 1).
2. After successful registration, an introductory screen enabling control of the robotic vacuum cleaner will appear. First,
pair the robotic vacuum cleaner with the app. Press the “Click to Add Device” button (Fig. 2).
3. In the next step, put the device into pairing mode. Press and hold both buttons on the top of the vacuum cleaner
simultaneously, until you hear an audible announcement and both buttons start flashing. The press the “Next” button
(Fig. 3).
4. You also need to connect Wi-Fi to the device. To do so, select the desired Wi-Fi from the list and enter its password.
The vacuum cleaner will be paired with your Wi-Fi and you will be able to control it remotely. The vacuum cleaner
supports only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Do not connect it to 5GHz Wi-Fi. Press “Next” to continue (Fig. 4).
5. On the next screen you will see the available robotic vacuum cleaners. Go to device settings and then to Wi-Fi settings
to connect to the vacuum cleaner hotspot (Robot-xxxx). Return to the app and click “Next” (Fig. 5).
6. The pairing with the device will take place. Wait for the device to connect (Fig. 6).
7. After successful pairing, you will be returned to the introductory screen. A blue dot will be lit in the middle, indicating
the position of the vacuum cleaner (Fig. 7). A map of the cleaned area will be generated by the vacuum cleaner in the
app after the first vacuuming.

Pairing troubleshooting
•
Verify that your Wi-Fi network password is correct.
•
The device only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks.
•
The router is overwhelmed by connecting many other devices (especially in housing estates or in case of large
concentrations of connected Smart devices). For stable operation it is necessary that the Wi-Fi signal reaches the
places intended for use of the vacuum cleaner and at the same time is sufficiently strong.
- restart the vacuum cleaner and smart device and repeat the process;
- if possible, try also restarting the Wi-Fi router itself;

If your smart device is running Android 6.0 and above, you need to have location detection turned on.
•
Once you have paired the vacuum cleaner with your smart device via the “Concept Robot” application, do not move or
relocate the docking station. The vacuum cleaner uses the charging station as a landmark on the map.
•
By relocating the docking station, you risk losing the generated map, including the selected cleaning zones and
restricted zones! The vacuum cleaner creates a new map, which overwrites the original map.
App modes
You can choose between the AUTO (Automatic/ZIGZAG), Local (Circular), Peripheral (EDGE) and DOCK (search for the
docking station).
SERVICE CENTRE
Extensive maintenance or repair, which requires access to internal parts of the product, has to be performed by
a qualified specialist or the service centre.

authorized local office or service for household waste disposal or the shop, where you purchased the
appliance.
