PROFINET CbA Application Setup

Use the following steps to complete the DeviceMaster UP configuration for PROFINET CbA.

1.

Change the DeviceMaster UP serial port settings using 

Chapter 3. Embedded Configuration Pages

 on 

Page 25.

2.

Commission the device. For more information, see the instructions in 

Chapter 4. Commissioning the 

DeviceMaster UP

 on Page 31.

3.

Connect your serial device or devices and make sure all Ethernet devices are attached to the same 
Ethernet subnet. If necessary, refer to the
