Command: BYP=a, where:
a = 0 (No SSPA is bypassed)
1 (SSPA #1 is bypassed)
2 (SSPA #2 is bypassed)

Command bypasses the SSPA specified by argument.
• Command works only in RED=0 mode.
Query: BYP?
• Query returns the number of the SSPA that is currently
bypassed or offline.
• Query works in any RED mode.
