Installing Controllers and Cache Modules

Each controller has an associated cache module. You must install each
controller and its cache module into corresponding slots of the storage
enclosure.

Installing controllers requires the following steps:

Determining the corresponding controller and cache module slots

■

Installing the controller and cache module

Table 8-1 lists the tools required to install a controller.
