Select the power source to be used:
Internal 6 AA batteries
C-AT 12 volt battery pack (uses batteries)
12 volt vehicle battery
Vehicle cigarette lighter
115v AC (with an external adapter)
BA590 “military”
Commercial dry-cell or other battery (7.2V or greater)
Using “AA” Batteries to Power the ICRI
NOTE: Six “AA” batteries will power the ICRI for at least 24 hours of continuous use.
1.
Open the Pelican / Storm case.
2.
Loosen the two thumbscrews, holding the battery cover plate on the left side of
the ICRI and remove the plate.
3.
Remove the old batteries and discard properly.
4.
Replace the 6 "AA” alkaline batteries with fresh batteries, observing the polarity
markings within the tray.
5.
Replace the battery cover and tighten down the thumbscrews.
NOTE: No tools are required to loosen or tighten these thumbscrews. Finger pressure is enough
to tighten or release the plate.
