Installation – Safety Cable

Wrap the Safety Cable
WARNING: DO NOT PUT TOO MUCH TENSION
ON THE SAFETY CABLE. THERE NEEDS TO BE
A SMALL AMOUNT OF SLACK PRESENT IN THE
SAFETY CABLE FOR PROPER FUNCTIONING.
AVOID SHARP EDGES.

Wrap the safety cable around the I-beam.

Secure the Safety Cable Clamps
□
Secure two (2) safety cable clamps around the wire. Pull
the cable taut and tighten both nuts using a 10mm wrench.
